The summer is wrapping up with a big buggy party at Chester's Event Center (5201 Cimarron Rd. N.W. Piedmont, OK 73078. Here's a map: http://www.chesterandcrew.com/map.htm) on Saturday, August 2.
The party starts at 10:00AM. We'll play games and win prizes, hear some stories, watch some skits, eat some snacks,and do some singing and dancing. A good time is guaranteed, or your money back! The party is open to everyone, and there is no charge! See you Saturday at 10:00!

turn off your t.v.
Can you meet the challenge to keep the T.V. off for a whole week?(It's not as hard as it might seem).Pledge to leave the T.V off this week and experience how much more time there is to do toghether! Tuesday,April 22-Piedmont public Library 6-8 P.M. drop by the library and draw or decorate a paper screen saver to remind you not to turn on the T.V. Thursday,April 24-Piedmont public library 6-8 P.M. Friday April 25 Fina Municipal building 6-8 P.M. Family fun night playgames,visit w/ friends and have fun!Kids that leave the T.V. off all week and complete a list of activities will earn a free badge and a free drink at Sonic.

Library Quilters

The group is currently working on a ladybug quilt to be donated to the Piedmont Education Foundation as a silent auction item.Future projects will incude OU OSU and Piedmont T-shirts for the D.U.C.K Week Auction in March, Handprint valances for the Children's Room, a wild flower quilt and insect quilt as Summer Reading projects. Everyone is welcome to join in on Friday mornings at 10:00 A.M.
